Milady Fashion and Lingerie strives to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a full refund on any full-priced goods returned within 10 days of purchase.

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition with the attached tag, and returned with the completed refund paperwork and the bag it was shipped in.

Once we receive the garment in-store, refunds will be automatically applied to your original method of payment. However, please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please note that refunds will not apply if the item is returned in a condition other than its original state, or if it is damaged due to wear and tear. Additionally, items returned after the 10-day return period or change of mind will not be eligible for a refund.

Sale items are non-refundable. However, special discount coded garments are still eligible for a full refund.

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or you need a different size, we will gladly replace it free of charge. Please initiate the exchange process by emailing us at info@milady.co.nz.

To return or exchange your garment, please mail or courier the item(s) to Milady Fashion & Lingerie at 164 Queen Street, Masterton 5810.

Please note that the responsibility of return shipping lies with the customer. Additionally, Milady Fashion & Lingerie is not accountable for the safety of the item during transit. Therefore, we highly recommend using a tracked courier system to ensure secure delivery.
